Ban due to a bot error
If your Rise of Kingdoms account is banned because of an error in Rok Bot Pro during a period you were an active, paying customer, we will refund the fee paid for that billing period. This does not extend to bans unrelated to the bot operation.
How to request this refund
Contact us on Discord with your account details and a description of what happened as soon as you notice the ban. We will review the case and process eligible refunds.
What this guarantee does not cover
We cannot refund for account actions unrelated to a bot error, for dissatisfaction with in-game results, or for time lost due to your own PC/network issues.
Cancelling a subscription
You can stop future billing at any time by contacting us on Discord before your next billing date; already-elapsed periods are governed by the bot-error guarantee above, not a general no-questions-asked refund.
