When you contact us through Discord or Zalo, we see whatever information those platforms make available for that conversation (such as your username and messages). We do not operate a separate account-registration system on this website and do not collect payment card details directly — payment is arranged through the contact channels listed on this site.
How we use it
Information shared with us is used to set up and support your subscription, respond to questions, and process refunds when applicable. We do not sell contact information to third parties.
Cookies
This site uses a small, functional cookie to remember your language preference (English or Vietnamese). It does not track you across other websites.
Third-party services
Discord and Zalo are operated by their respective companies under their own privacy policies. Any communication that happens on those platforms is also subject to their terms, not just ours.
